Membership Pricing

    Includes 2 adults and minors living in the same household <21 years old

  • $50 per month

    This membership includes gender affirming care medication management, referrals for surgery, STI testing and prevention. This does not include the remainder of primary care needs.

    Note, gender affirming care IS included in all above memberships.

  • Ear lobe piercing is available using Blomdahl medical plastic or titanium, to reduce risk of nickel allergy.

    Piercing starts at $75 with standard earrings.

There is a registration fee of $100 for new individuals and families.
