Hi, I’m Dr Kat Fausch. I am dedicated to providing high quality primary care for every member of your family, from newborns to our elders. I am overjoyed to bring Direct Primary Care to you, so we can bring your health and wellness to the next level. I am passionate about providing healthcare, not just sick care. I believe every patient should get as much time as they need - to tell their stories, to get to the root cause of their ailments, and to learn about their bodies.

Dr. Kathryn Fausch is a board certified Family Medicine physician. She was born in Colorado, and raised in Rapid City. She attended the University of South Dakota for undergraduate and medical education. She then moved to a small town in Oregon, where she completed Oregon Health and Science University’s rural Family Medicine residency. She received full scope training, including point of care ultrasound, sports medicine, obstetrics, emergency and critical care, and wilderness medicine training.

Dr. Fausch practices broad spectrum family medicine. She especially enjoys pediatric and women’s health, gender affirming care, and procedural medicine. She has special interest in integrative and lifestyle medicine, as well as weight management. She has a passion for working together with patients to achieve their goals and help them to enjoy healthy and full lives.

Dr. Fausch met her husband Eric in medical school. They are blessed with three beautiful young children. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, reading, and knitting. She is excited to be raising her family in the Hills.
Eric Fausch, MD
Dr. Eric Fausch believes Family Medicine is the sentinel of the healthcare system. The specialty provides whole-person care and interfaces subspecialties with patients and families. With that purpose, he provides evidence-based screenings for early identification of disease and efficient care coordination to help connect patients with subspecialists. His strengths are interpersonal coordination and patient education.

Dr. Eric Fausch completed full-spectrum rural Family Medicine training at Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU) Cascades East residency in 2021. There he practiced primary evaluation and management of complex patients exhibiting multisystemic disease. His training pedigree taught him to facilitate rapid evaluation and referrals in resource-impaired environments.
Dr. Eric Fausch completed medical education at University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine in 2018. Prior to that, he completed undergraduate education at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. He was raised in many regions of the country (NY, NC, KY, MI, WI, FL) but has found his true home here in the Midwest/mountain west.

He shares this journey with his wife Kathryn and three young children. He enjoys tennis, mountain biking, winter sports (skiing and skating), music (listening and performance), and enjoys staring at the night sky through finely-polished glass.
